Define Your Fear

Write down the fear that is causing you anxiety or preventing you from taking action. This could be anything from asking someone out, ending a relationship, asking for a promotion, quitting a job, or starting a company.

The goal of this exercise is not to eliminate fear, but to better understand it and make it work for you. It's about making informed decisions and taking calculated risks.

Tim Ferriss recommends doing this exercise at least once a quarter. It's also a good idea to do it whenever you're facing a big decision or feeling particularly fearful.
